Try out databases we have on trial

We are evaluating a number of databases as potential purchases for the Library. If you would like to try out some of these databases, please check the list of trials. To access the database, click on the title. Some of the trials require a user name or password, which is supplied on the list.

We welcome comments from students, faculty, and staff. Please think about whether the database would help with courses or research. Is it easy to use? Do we already have databases that provide the same information, or would it add better coverage?

These trials are just available for evaluation at this time. We will make decisions on the highest priority databases on December 1, 2006. If funds allow, additional selections will be made in January 2007. However, we will not be able to purchase all of them.

If you have any questions about these database trials or the selection process, please contact Gerald Gordon, Collection Development Librarian.
