Campus Author Series–A Handbook to Appalachia

On Monday October 23 from noon-1 pm the library will be hosting the latest presentation of the Campus Author Series in the Radford Room. This session will feature Dr. Grace Toney Edwards, Jo Ann Asbury, and Ricky Cox editors of the new book A Handbook to Appalachia: An Introduction to the Region. The facilitators will present an overview of the book’s contents, explain the engagement of the Appalachian community in the project, and discuss the process of its composition.
