Waiting for an ILL request?

The Library is experiencing intermittent problems with ILLiad, the InterLibrary Loan electronic system. Normally, ILLiad sends an email to the borrower when their materials are ready. Lately, a small percentage of borrowers have not received email notifications.

If you requested materials from ILL more than two weeks ago and haven’t received notification yet, go to https://illiad.radford.edu and log on using your RU username and password. Scroll to the “Review Requests” section. There, you will be able to view outstanding requests, download electronic articles, view your entire request history, and find out if your request has been cancelled.

Please make sure your email program and filters allow you to receive email from illiad@illiad.radford.edu and ill@radford.edu. otherwise, email notifications from ILL may be sent to your junk folder.
